The service
DataSteward is a data ownership register for small and medium businesses, operated by Arventra Technologies. It helps you record important data assets, confirm owners, surface governance gaps, track remediation actions and produce reports.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. The person who creates a workspace becomes its administrator and is responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record it and that it is accurate. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not use DataSteward to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another organisation's workspace, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI features
AI-generated summaries and recommendations are advisory only. They do not constitute legal, compliance or professional advice, and decisions remain yours. Findings about your data are produced by verified rules, never by AI.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep DataSteward available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Arventra Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
